Music funding platform beatBread<\/strong> has appointed Andreea Gleeson<\/strong> as its Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n Gleeson<\/strong> was previously CEO of Believe<\/a><\/strong>-owned distribution platform TuneCore<\/a><\/strong>, a role she left in January this year.<\/p>\n The appointment was announced on Thursday (September 10<\/strong>).<\/p>\n Gleeson<\/strong> succeeds Tracy Maddux<\/strong>, who has run beatBread<\/strong> on an interim basis since November 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n Maddux<\/strong> took the role after the death of beatBread co-founder and CEO Peter Sinclair<\/a> in August 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Maddux<\/strong>, who was named a long-term advisor to beatBread<\/strong>\u2018s board in November 2025<\/strong>, will continue to support the company through the transition.
