“It’s difficult to recommend Halloween: The Game to anyone other than a horror fan with a Michael Myers shrine in their home \u2014 now that’s a scary thought \u2014 or those with deep, deep affection for asymmetrical games. It has some good ideas, some of which aren’t fully realized, leaving you with a buggy experience that lacks the variety needed to carry asym games, despite the very welcome addition of a single-player campaign. It’s not worth remaining in the lobby long after you’re dead \u2014 even though you lose XP by quitting before the game ends \u2014 and if that’s not indicative of how Halloween: The Game just hasn’t evolved with the genre, we don’t know what is.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
