Welsh drama The Light in the Hall (Y Golau: D\u0175r) returns for season 2, titled Still Waters, which is once again set in the fictional town of Llanemlyn, where residents are up in arms about a plan to expand a reservoir \u2013 a battle which “reignites long-buried tensions”.<\/p>\n

“Told across two timelines, the story begins in 1995, when activist Llyr Owen (pictured above) dies in a bombing and his cousin Rhys is jailed for the crime,” continues the synopsis.<\/p>\n

“Thirty years later, Rhys returns home to a community once again divided by protest. As trainee journalist Caryl becomes drawn into the story, her investigation begins to unravel hidden truths, exposing secrets that have shaped the town for decades, in a gripping drama of protest, guilt and generational reckoning.”<\/p>\n

Caryl, played by Si\u00e2n Reese-Williams, is the only character to return for the second season of The Light in the Hall, but who else is in the cast?<\/p>\n
