The new series kicked off last week, introducing audiences to a new batch of Islanders all trying to find the one. And for two Islanders, it’s seems they’ve done just that!
Lola and Sean Fitzgerald have been coupled up since day one and have continued to go from strength to strength, even going as far to say they are no longer open to getting to know other people.

Who is Lola Deal?
Lola Deal is a detective from Kent who is looking for love while on the show, and is keen to get a boyfriend out of it.
“I want to find someone who is actually the love of my life, like obsessed with me kind of thing,” she said. “I think I’m missing someone who is obsessed with me!”
The villa comes with competition, especially if someone has their eye on the same person, and if Lola is interested in someone she will go for it.
She explained: “If people are actually together then I will back off but it’s everyone’s game isn’t it!”

Lola Deal is 28 years old, one of the oldest contestants in the line-up so far.

Lola is a detective, though took a step back before appearing on the show.
Speaking of the struggles she faced, she said: “I was really struggling with the work-life balance of it all.
“I had the best time, I had the best team. But I think just for me and myself, I was struggling. Especially when I got family members and friends working more usual, normal shifts.”

“I like someone who is quite big as in a good cuddler, good muscles kind of way,” she said. “In a personality, I like someone funny, I think funny goes such a long way. I like someone who is smart who can teach me things.
“I like book smart but even if they’re not book smart I like someone who is like actually teaching me stuff. Someone who does everything for me but I can’t take the piss.”
