Scotland went to the top of Group C last night after their 1-0 victory against Haiti thanks to McGinn’s winning goal

The Tartan Army went wild when Scotland secured their first World Cup victory in 36 years at Boston Stadium on Saturday night and among the crowds the player’s proud families could be seen joining in on the celebrations.
Scotland won 1-0 against Haiti in their first World Cup match since 1998 with John McGinn scoring on the 28th minute, leading us to victory.
After their win, the Scotland squad could be seen reuniting with their families and children in the stadium in emotional scenes.
Scotland Captain Andy Robertson was snapped embracing his wife Rachel Roberts and their young kids in a group hug in the stadium in Foxborough.
Robertson, 32, shares three kids with childhood sweetheart Rachel, who travelled to Boston with their family to cheer him on.
Man of the moment John McGinn, was also seen celebrating in the crowds with his adorable niece and other family members in heartwarming photos.
Grant Hanley, 34, family greeted him with the centre-back seen holding his one-year-old son in his arms. The tot was wearing an adorable Scotland shirt with ‘Daddy 5’ imprinted on the back.
Jack Hendry, 31, was also spotted with his loved ones among the mayhem as he gave his one-year-old son Archie, who he shares with wife Robyn Emma Keen, a warm hug.
Meanwhile, John Souttar’s wife, Kayley and his two youngest kids, Myla and Tommy, were seen in matching Scotland tops ahead of the match as they cheered on their dad.
Scotland’s 1-0 win against Haiti last night sent them to the top of group C after Brazil and Morocco drew 1-1 yesterday. It came as a vital victory to Scots as a draw would have left them almost definitely needing to beat either Brazil or Morocco to progress to the knockout stages for the first time in history.
However, they now stand a far better chance of succeeding.
Scotland’s second match on Friday (June 19) is against Morocco before they face the toughest team of the three, Brazil, on Wednesday (June 24).
Scotland’s Morocco game will kick off at 11pm BST in Boston Stadium next week.
The match against Brazil will take place at Miami Stadium at 11pm BST the following week on June 24.
