This collaboration highlights the shared values of resilience, recovery and mental fitness, with all participants emphasising the importance of honest conversation, humour and connection in supporting wellbeing.

The Invictus Games, which return to the UK in July 2027, help wounded, injured and sick veterans and service personnel recover and rebuild their identity. The mission of the Games, which Harry has long supported, extends well beyond sport.

JJ Chalmers, a former Royal Marine Commando and close friend of Harry, was seriously injured in Helmand in 2011.

He competed in the first Invictus Games in London 2014, winning gold in trike cycling as team captain and two bronze medals.

Joe Marler, known for his rugby career, has used his podcast to normalise conversations about mental health.

Alongside comedian Jake Bhardwaj, Joe explores difficult topics with warmth and humour. The show, despite its playful tone, addresses deep issues and has attracted over 9.5 million long form streams and 170 million social media views.

Joe said of the podcast’s approach: “We try to pride ourselves on the ability to go from light to dark to serious to fun, because, for me, it’s just one big conversation.”

The full episode is available from 5pm on Monday 13 July on YouTube, Spotify and other podcast platforms.
