A new visual podcast, The Shit Show with Dan, is bringing candid conversations and real-life stories to audiences on Spotify and YouTube.
Hosted by Nottingham-based online creator Daniel, the show features a different guest each week, focusing on the unpredictable and often humorous side of adult life.
Listeners can expect discussions about awkward moments, funny experiences and the everyday absurdities that come with growing up.
Daniel says his approach is conversational and authentic, to make listeners feel as if they are catching up with a friend who is unafraid to share the stories most people would keep to themselves.
The podcast’s format is built around embracing the idea that life rarely goes to plan, and that the most memorable stories often come from unexpected situations.
Each episode mixes comedy with self-deprecating humour, creating an atmosphere where honesty and laughter are at the forefront.
Daniel explained his motivation for starting the podcast: “I started The Shit Show because everyone has moments where life completely falls apart, but those are usually the stories that bring people together.
“I wanted to create a space where nothing feels too embarrassing to talk about, where people can laugh at the chaos of everyday life and realise they’re not the only ones winging it.”
The Shit Show with Dan is available to stream on Spotify and YouTube, offering a space for listeners to find humour in life’s biggest messes and to connect over shared experiences.
