Charlamagne Tha God has been recognised as one of the highest paid podcasters in 2026, according to Forbes, with earnings estimated at $27 million per year.
This figure is largely attributed to a renewed agreement with iHeartMedia, reportedly valued at up to $200 million over five years.
The deal supports The Black Effect Podcast Network, which Charlamagne founded and in which he holds a 51% stake alongside iHeartMedia. The network now features more than 60 shows, reflecting significant growth since its inception.
Charlamagne told Forbes he is aiming to build “the BET of podcasting,” highlighting his ambition to create a major platform for diverse voices within the industry.
His recognition by Forbes follows another recent honour: being named the sole honoree in the Radio category for the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2027.
Beyond his work as co-host of The Breakfast Club and founder of The Black Effect Podcast Network, Charlamagne is also a bestselling author, producer, entrepreneur, and cultural commentator.
He has recently been announced as the presenter of an upcoming AWA Studios graphic novel, “ILLuminati,” which explores themes of power, fame, and popular culture through the lens of The Black Illuminati conspiracy theory.
The Breakfast Club has also made history as Netflix’s first live daily programme and is currently the most-viewed podcast on the platform this year.
These achievements underline Charlamagne’s influence in shaping the podcasting landscape and supporting the growth of new creators and conversations.
The top three in the Forbes list are The Joe Rogan Experience, TBPN and Diary of a CEO. Charlamange Tha God is at number 10.
