CMAT brought her biggest Belfast headline show to Custom House Square on Monday, August 31, 2026.
The Irish singer-songwriter took over the outdoor Belfast venue following the release of her acclaimed album EURO-COUNTRY, bringing her sharp songwriting, humour and unmistakable stage presence to a crowd ready for one of Ireland’s most distinctive modern pop voices.
Known for blending country-pop melodrama, wit and emotional honesty, CMAT has become one of the most singular artists to emerge from Ireland in recent years. Her rise has been matched by major critical acclaim, with EURO-COUNTRY earning widespread praise and cementing her reputation as a songwriter with both bite and heart.
The Custom House Square show marked another major step in CMAT’s live journey. With her Very Sexy CMAT Band behind her, the Belfast date gave fans the chance to see one of the most charismatic performers around in one of the city’s key summer live music spaces.
XS Noize photographer Becca McCaffrey was there to capture the night.
