The SMARTA Podcast has reached its 100th episode, a milestone that highlights its growing influence among young listeners and industry professionals.
This episode stands out by featuring questions submitted exclusively by the podcast’s community, giving listeners a direct role in shaping the conversation.
Sonia Marta, who launched the show two years ago at age 16, has used the platform to explore the stories and insights of global leaders in fields such as leadership, customer experience, and personal branding.
Guests have included Andrew Bryant, Guy Kawasaki, Case Kenny, Bob Burg, Dain Walker, and Jonathan Conyers.
Reflecting on the journey, Sonia said: “I built SMARTA as a way to create a space for meaningful conversations that go far beyond surface-level success stories.
It took me two years to produce the first 50 episodes, but the next 50 came together in just nine months.
That growth reflects my own development as a host and the incredible support of my audience and past guests that believed in my journey.”
With the 100-episode mark reached, Sonia is preparing for a new phase of international growth.
She has announced a suite of professional services, including one-on-one business coaching and personal branding programmes, in partnership with RAN Communication PR Agency.
These services are designed for a diverse audience, with a particular focus on providing structured guidance to those aged 18 to 24.
Looking ahead, Sonia plans to expand the SMARTA community further, including in-person experiences in Dublin, Ireland, where she will begin a bachelor’s degree in Media this September.
The podcast connects with its Irish audience through live events and conversations and the 100th episode is now available on all major podcast platforms.
